Knockerdown Cottages Wedding Gazebo Terms and Conditions
The wedding gazebo booking is made and accepted on the following usage conditions:
When using the wedding gazebo for a wedding ceremony it will be weather permitting. The final decision on whether the ceremony can proceed in the wedding gazebo will be with the Registrar. At 9am on the morning of the wedding a decision by Knockerdown Cottages will be made whether to set up the outdoor equipment for the ceremony to proceed. After this time, it is at the discretion of Knockerdown Cottages to change the plans and set up the equipment later in the day. No monies will be refunded if the ceremony cannot proceed outdoors as planned due to weather conditions.
No decorations will be nailed into the timber wedding gazebo frame unless they have permission from Knockerdown Cottages; breaking of this rule will incur a fine of £250
The wedding gazebo benches are for use at the Ceremony. These benches are not to be used at a different location without prior agreement.
Knockerdown Cottages Event staff will do their best to keep the benches dry but cannot control the weather.
