At the heart of our self catering venue is the our large, adaptable events space, also known as the Brackendale Room. Whether you're organising company-wide meetings, team-building activities, training or social gatherings, this versatile space provides the perfect backdrop.

For added convenience, the Brackendale Room includes a modern kitchen, allowing you to self cater for your event with ease. The neutral, open-plan layout offers a blank canvas, enabling you to tailor the space to your company's unique needs.

Step outside onto the Brackendale terrace, the terrace of the large events space, an inviting outdoor space ideal for networking drinks and informal gatherings during the warmer months.

Just beyond, the large private meadow offers an excellent setting for hosting team-building exercises and outdoor activities, fostering engagement and collaboration in a refreshing environment.

With easy access to free onsite parking with 2x electric vehicle chargers, additional visitors and facilitators can join your event hassle-free.

Located just off the corridor from the main events space, our social lounge and games room gives your team a flexible breakout area to enjoy throughout your corporate offsite at Knockerdown Cottages.

Designed as a relaxed, mixed-use space, it works perfectly for informal catch-ups, refreshment breaks, team activities or evening downtime after a busy day. The spacious area can also be set up with tables and chairs to support different uses during your event, giving you extra flexibility alongside the main corporate event space.

When it is time to unwind, guests can challenge each other to friendly games of table tennis, pool or table football, making it a great spot for relaxed socialising, team building and a change of pace during your exclusive use corporate event.

Beyond our main event spaces, Knockerdown offers a variety of breakout areas to enhance productivity and teamwork. Each of our 16 self catering cottages includes living and dining areas that can be repurposed as additional breakout rooms during your corporate event.

Most notably The Farmhouse, Two Dales and Lendow cottages have larger dining and lounge areas providing comfortable spaces for small group activities and strategy sessions.

Through our trusted partner My Peak Event, you can easily enhance your stay with catering and team building activities. Catering options range from private chefs and ready-to-cook self-serve meals to mobile catering such as pizza vans and hog roasts. You’re also welcome to organise your own catering and activities, or self-cater using the fully equipped kitchens.
