Croots Farm Shop & Kitchen is about 20 minutes drive away, before relaxing and enjoying a mouth-watering meal in their Café, a visit to their shop is a must which is a haven for local and different products from cheeses, artisan hams, homemade pastry products, homemade cakes, fruit, veg, beers, wines & spirits to gifts.
With more than half of the farm shop products are either produced or prepared on the Chatsworth Estate. Once you have walked in you will be amazed at the range of fresh fruit & vegetables, fresh fish & butchers, a delicatessen, Patisserie, plus beers, wines & soft drinks. After a lovely walk around why not visit the café for coffee & cake and take in the views.
Handmade Design set on Victoria Square in Ashbourne is the perfect place for a gift whether for a birthday or present to take home. They support over 50 UK designers & makers, it is a little gem where you can find a pressie, card and a little something for yourself.
