Our Accessibility Pages have been produced to help provide potential visitors with important accessibility information about our venue. These pages will help enable individuals with accessibility requirements, their family, and friends to make informed decisions as to what cottage they might stay in or whether they can stay with us, in view of their requirements. This includes not just wheelchair users but people with hearing loss, visual or mental impairment, older people, families with young children and more.
Here at Knockerdown we would like to help with any accessibility needs that you may have. Our Accessible Champion and Dementia Friend is Jennifer McDonald but all our staff will assist in any way they can.
At Knockerdown we do not yet have a fully accessible cottage but Jennifer and the team are on hand to discuss any accessible needs that you may have and we will help in any way we can to ensure you have a lovely holiday in one of our cottages. This could be from, assistance to gain entry to your cottage to moving some furniture if required in your cottage.
