Knockerdown Event Spaces

Brackendale Room - 100 Person Event Space

  • ​Capacity 100 persons with high ceiling  9 meters X 12 meters event space
  • Multi purpose event space ideal for conferences, meetings, gala dinner's, team building and social events such as Christmas parties
  • Fully equipped kitchen for you catering requirements. (We also work with recommended suppliers who can provide additional catering services)
  • Opens out onto a terrace and meadow with fabulous views over the Derbyshire Dales
  • We provide tables, chairs and basic linens. 
  • The capacity can be increased by 20 persons with the addition of an attached marquee (charges apply)
  • Ladies, gents and disabled toilets

Carsington Room - 16 Person Event Space

  • ​Capacity 16 persons in private entertainment space with tables and chairs if required
  • Includes private kitchenette (dishwasher and sink) and single communal toilet
  • Perfect for small meetings, breakout sessions, interview style meeting set up or relaxed lounge area
  • Opens into the games room to use as additional space

Games Room - 30 Person Event Space

  • ​The Games Room at Knockerdown Cottages includes table football (£1), pool table (£1) and free table tennis table. In addition there are a number of outdoor games that can be used by corporate guests on site (Jenga, giant connect 4, badminton and boules & boules court) - Please note all outdoor games must be pre arrange and confirmed with events team
  • Games room opens onto our lovely meadow area and outside BBQ space.  
  • Toilets are available in the swimming pool area
  • The multifunctional games room can also be used as additional meeting space or break out room

Outside Events Space - Knockerdown Terrace & Meadow

The meadow
  • ​Great space for outside events with a large capacity 
  • Easy access car parking is available for additional outside visitors
  • We work with various outside suppliers who can provide team building activities,  archery, obstacle courses, games and other outdoor activities. 

Breakout Rooms

  • ​Cottage living spaces and dining rooms make for fantastic break out spaces that can be configured in multiply ways
  • There are 16 self catering cottages on site all with living rooms and dining spaces. In particular The Farmhouse & Two Dales dining space and Lendow lounge area are ideal spaces for additional break out sessions and smaller group activities.
