Peak District Child

What would I like to do whilst on my holidays my parents said to me: - Well was my reply here is my list: -

Go Ape

I would like to go swinging through the trees like a monkey at Buxton Go Ape which is situated in The Peak National Park, what more could you want than playing Tarzan on the Goliath high rope

Alton Towers

After swinging yesterday, I fancy some Adrenalin today, off we go to Alton Towers set in the Staffordshire village of Alton, from Gangsta Granny, Go Jetters & Charlie & Lola’s Moon Squirters for the little ones to Wicker Man, Enterprise & Th13teen for the teens  then Congo river, Shark Bait Reef & The Sky Ride for the whole family.

Alton Towers Water Park

After 2 busy days I fancy something a little more relaxing but still keeping us busy and from under mum & dads feet all day, off back to Alton Towers again but this time it to the Water Park trying out Flash Floods, Master Blaster & Rush ‘N’ Rampage, after we have dried out we can nip across to the Extraordinary Golf for a game of 9 or 18 crazy golf.

Splash Landings

Wild Park Leisure

Back to an Adventure day for the family at Wild Park Leisure, the only problem is do we do Laser Tag, Quad Trekking, Archery or Paintball

Heights of Abraham

Heights of Abraham

Soaring through the sky in a cable car whilst admiring the most amazing views Derbyshire offers is todays adventure, after we have enjoyed the ride up to the top, we can then go down one of two caverns The Great Masson or The Rutland Cavern. After we have enjoyed our visit, we can go to the Terrace Café for lunch

Knockerdown Cottages

After a hectic week we can enjoy our last day on site at Knockerdown Cottages, playing football,  Rounders on the meadow, a swim in the heated indoor pool, finally a play on the paly area before going back to the cottage for BBQ for tea
